Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include your order number, items purchased, and the delivery address. This email may take a few hours to arrive. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Since our shipments are made from Colombia, the average delivery time is 5-7 business days. For out-of-stock or special order items, please consult with our sales team for an estimated delivery timeline.
