Can I Get a Refund?
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds due to the intimate nature of our products. How Can I Redeem the Amount Paid for My Next Purchase?
To redeem the total amount paid for your unsatisfactory purchase, simply send a copy of your last invoice along with your request to info@evasculpt.com. Let us know what product you'd like to purchase instead, and we'll proceed with your new order. Please remember that you have 48 hours from receiving your product to declare that you are not satisfied and would like to redeem the amount for another purchase.

What if the Redeemed Amount Does Not Cover the Total of My Next Purchase?
If the redeemed amount does not cover the total cost of your next purchase, you can pay the remaining balance. Before placing your new order, please inform our team of your existing credit balance so we can properly apply it to your next purchase.
